1. Introduction
At Spark Tek Inc. (“Spark Tek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our website, use our services, apply for or are considered for job opportunities, or otherwise interact with us. It also explains the privacy rights you may have and how to exercise them.
Information you provide to us:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Professional information: résumé, work history, education, skills, certifications, references, and work authorization status.
- Communications: messages, inquiries, and form submissions you send to us.
2. Information from public and third-party sources:
We obtain professional profiles and résumés that individuals have made available on job boards and professional networking sites, such as Dice, LinkedIn, and similar platforms, as well as from job postings and referrals. This may include your name, contact details, work history, and skills.
Information collected automatically:
Like most websites, our website and hosting provider may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and device type, for security and to keep the site running properly.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:

4. Candidates and Job Applicants

6. Cookies
Our website may use cookies that are necessary for it to function properly. We do not use cookies for advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our website does not currently respond to them. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by law.
8. Your Privacy Rights
All users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Depending on where you live, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with privacy laws, you may also have the right to:

- Delete: request that we delete personal information we collected about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: Spark Tek does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Inactive candidate profiles are periodically reviewed and deleted or de-identified. If you ask us not to contact you, we may keep minimal information, such as your email address or phone number, solely to honor that request.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
